We're looking for a motivated Fabricator/Assembler to join our S tructures Division in Bow, NH. If you enjoy working with your hands, reading technical drawings, and building high-quality products as part of a skilled team, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble aluminum structural components according to engineering specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, and shop drawings. Measure, cut, drill, and prepare materials using a variety of electric, pneumatic, and powered tools, including band saws, radial saws, and upcut saws. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to safely move materials and finished products. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic calculations. Strong math and computer skills. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous fabrication, assembly, manufacturing, or construction experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move materials safely.
