Job Description

Bay State Industrial Welding & Fabrication, Inc. is seeking an experienced structural steel / miscellaneous metal installer to join our field team! Field Crews will install/erect structural steel and miscellaneous metals for renovations and ground up projects as needed at various job sites typically within the NH and MA regions. This includes structural steel beams, columns, stairs, handrails, platforms, grating, etc. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience with structural steel / miscellaneous installation. Candidates must be able to Stick Weld, MIG/TIG experience is a plus. Candidates must be able to read drawings, lay out steel, operate various pieces of equipment needed for install and follow verbal and written directions. Our hiring process will include a standard weld test for all applicants. Our salary range is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour and will be determined based on the results of the welding test and an in-person interview. to get in contact with our management staff for questions or more information!
