Job Description
MetalCraft Fabrication is looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys working in a custom fabrication environment. Responsibilities Operate press brakes to accurately form sheet metal parts Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints Perform general sheet metal fabrication and assembly Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Perform MIG and/or TIG welding (laser welding experience is a plus) Learn or operate plate rolling equipment Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy Keep a clean and organized work area Qualifications Minimum 2 years of sheet metal fabrication experience Experience operating a press brake Ability to read fabrication drawings Experience with welding (MIG and/or TIG); laser welding is a plus Plate rolling experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Stable, full-time position Modern fabrication equipment Opportunity to learn new skills and grow within the company Friendly, team-oriented work environment If you're a skilled fabricator looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing custom metal fabrication shop, we'd love to hear from you.
