Essential Skills Heavy concrete labor experience, including chipping, demolition, patching, and structural repair. Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift, bend, kneel, and work long hours in demanding environments. Experience using chipping guns, grinders, and other concrete repair tools. Comfort working at heights with fall‑protection systems on scaffolding, temporary flooring, and elevated platforms.
