What You'll Do Sort, dismantle, and stack ferrous/non-ferrous scrap metals Identify metals (aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, lead, nickel, etc.) Create finished metal pallets for sale; test metals with spark tools; cut to shipment size Maintain a safe, organized work area; wear PPE; follow data security policies Communicate with supervisors; assist with inventory, FIFO practices What We're Looking For Warehouse/metal scrapping experience (2+ years preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; work in cold, dusty, noisy environment Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, ability to work independently Pallet jack experience (preferred); English proficiency preferred Benefits Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) with 4% company match Paid time off Stable hours; growth opportunities
