We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Installer / Ironworker / Steel Erection professional to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position involving the installation and erection of structural and ornamental steel, along with custom components for exciting projects across a variety of locations. Compensation Salary will be commensurate with experience. Overtime opportunities available Company-paid travel expenses Per diem provided for qualifying travel assignments Responsibilities Install and erect structural steel, ornamental iron, and custom steel components Install zip line systems, roller coasters, aerial adventure attractions, and other specialty structures Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation plans Safely operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other equipment Measure, cut, drill, grind, and assemble steel components Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company and job site safety procedures Represent ZipEngineering Corp professionally while working with customers and project teams Travel throughout the United States and internationally as required to support installations and project needs Qualifications Experience in steel erection, ironwork, construction, fabrication, welding, or a related trade preferred We are willing to train the right candidate Welding experience is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and at varying heights Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability and willingness to travel, including international travel Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and a strong team player What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Full-time, year-round employment Overtime opportunities Paid company travel and potential per diem Opportunities for advancement and skill development The opportunity to work on exciting, one-of-a-kind projects across the U.S. and around the world A stable career with a growing global company If you're looking for an opportunity to build incredible attractions, travel to unique destinations, and grow with an industry leader, we'd love to hear from you.
