Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Metal Worker/Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing, installing, repairing, and maintaining various metal components, including stairs and railing systems. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about construction and metalwork to showcase their craftsmanship on diverse indoor and outdoor stair and railing manufacturing projects and restoration jobs. Duties Manufacture in - shop of custom stairs and railing systems Install and repair metal Execute stair and railings installation projects using custom metal materials, adhering to project specifications and safety protocols. Interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and blueprints to accurately execute project requirements. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for, welding, cutting, shaping, and fastening metal components. Conduct heavy lifting and indoor/outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Follow construction safety harnesses, ladder use guidelines, and workplace safety regulations to prevent accidents. Skills Extensive experience with a focus on metal stair and railing manufacturing and installaton and related trades. Proficiency in construction estimating to assist with project planning and material procurement. Strong knowledge of construction site safety regulations and the proper use of safety equipment such as harnesses and ladders. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans for precise execution of tasks. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and indoor/outdoor work environments.
