Qualifications:

Basic math skills Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure. Ability to assemble parts accurately, efficiently, and safely. Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment. Strong organizational skills and diligence. Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during assembly. Ability to read, write, and maintain accurate time logs and job records. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to build and maintain positive customer service relationships. Safety-minded approach to all work is required. Familiarity with OSHA standards is preferred. Clean driving record required.

Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift or demonstrate willingness to learn. Use stick welding skills when needed; experience is preferred, but training may be provided. Travel to jobsites throughout the United States as part of the Service Team when needed. Make local pickups and deliveries, including occasional trailer towing. Support work during company shutdowns when needed, including weekends and holidays. Sunday and holiday work is currently paid at double-time rates. Perform assembly tasks, including preparing materials, reviewing drawings, and using hand and power tools. Work overtime during busy periods when required. Load and unload materials from trucks safely and efficiently. Maintain inventory of nuts, bolts, idlers, and other key components. Prepare materials and components for shipment. Lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. as required for the position. Read blueprints and drawings; prior experience is preferred. Work with accuracy, precision, and strong attention to detail. Use basic computer skills to support job-related tasks. Assist with arranging freight shipments as needed. Receive materials and verify accurate counts. Does this sound like the position for you?
