Responsibilities Execute precise MIG welding techniques to join metal components according to technical blueprints and project specifications. Operate various fabrication tools, including grinders, saws, and drills, to prepare materials for assembly. Interpret complex engineering drawings to ensure structural integrity and dimensional accuracy in every finished piece. Maintain a high standard of quality control by inspecting welds for penetration, fusion, and aesthetic consistency. Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and meet project deadlines effectively. Uphold strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent workplace hazards. Qualifications Required Skills Proven professional experience as a MIG Welder or Metal Fabricator. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols. Strong manual dexterity and the ability to operate heavy fabrication machinery safely. Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Certification from an accredited welding program or trade school. Experience working with various metal types, including stainless steel and aluminum.
