We are a full-service 4X4 specialty shop, which sells some of the best off-road products in the world, and offers an experienced team that understands the aspirational characteristics of this customer base. Requirements:

Proficiently able to interpret verbal and written instructions, drawings, and schematics for installation of components Minor fabrication skills Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills Capable to pay specific attention to detail and ability to work with precision Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Possess safe lifting techniques and able to lift or move 50 pounds regularly (up to 100 pounds on occasion) Able to provide own tools and tool box to adequately perform jobs Basic welding skills preferred but not required Valid Driver's License required

Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience or training in automotive/electrical installation and/or repair 1 to 3 years of experience installing wire components to manufacturer recommendations and schematic installation Dealership or automotive service environment is preferred We offer several benefits as an Iron Rigs 4X4 team member including partially employer paid medical and dental plans, supplemental group insurance options, employee discounts, 401(k) Plan, holiday pay, and paid time off.
