Job Description
Fabricator - Join a Growing Industry Leader Aldora Aluminum & Glass Products is a leading manufacturer and distributor of glass and aluminum products, and we're growing fast in North Charleston, SC. We're hiring an experienced, full-time Metal Fabricator to join our production team. What You'll Do Punch door rails, stiles, frame jambs, and headers (includes flipping and repositioning material) Operate CNC Machine ( High precision milling, drilling, tapping machinery) Prep parts using hand tools for a full shift Assemble doors — twisting, turning, and squatting as needed Lift and move doors ranging from 25-100 lbs Operate fabrication equipment and loading/unloading metal from carts Pack finished doors and frames Stock the hardware room (boxes from 1-50 lbs; may require ladder use, squatting, and lifting) Pull metal parts up to 24' long, weighing 10-125 lbs, including steel bar or channel Be available for occasional overtime and Saturday shifts based on production needs What You'll Need Ability to read basic mathematical measurements and use a tape measure accurately Willingness to work across all areas of production as needed Flexible availability, typically Monday-Friday with occasional weekends Physical Requirements Ability to lift, bend, twist, walk, and reach frequently throughout an 8-10+ hour shift Ability to lift and/or move up to 25-100 lbs regularly Comfortable working in varied indoor temperatures consistent with regional climate conditions Why Aldora Join a company built on craftsmanship and growth, with real opportunities to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
