Full Job Description Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring an experienced Stellantis-certified technician. We're a family-owned dealership group looking for a tech who diagnoses it right the first time. If you're flagging hours you're not getting paid for, or sitting in a shop that can't keep you busy, come talk to us. What we pay Flat rate $30-$50 per hour , based on certification level and proven production Paid weekly Sign-on bonus for certified techs: Master certified: $7,500 Bonus is paid in three equal installments at 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months , and is subject to a repayment agreement if you leave before 12 months. Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and paid holidays Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Uniforms provided What you'll do Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles — customer pay, warranty, and internal Perform accurate multi-point inspections and recommend needed work honestly Document repair orders completely, with correct labor operations and causes Keep comebacks near zero and repair times competitive Maintain a clean, safe bay and your own tools What you need 3+ years of automotive technician experience — dealership experience strongly preferred Stellantis / CDJR certification: Level 1, 2, 3, or Master. Level 3 and Master techs start at the top of the pay scale. Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic ability Your own hand tools in good working order Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen Apply today.
