B2 Medical is seeking a dependable and motivated LEAD Welder / Metal Fabrication Technician to join our growing team in Bowie, Texas. This position plays a critical role in fabricating and assembling modular medical facilities that support healthcare providers across the country.

What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components Execute basic torch cutting and metal preparation (training available) Measure, cut, fit, and assemble structural framing components Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, drills, saws, and hand tools Assist with installation of walls, flooring, insulation, doors, and finishes Support electrical and plumbing rough-in preparation Follow fabrication drawings and project specifications Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment Collaborate with fabricators and construction personnel to complete projects on schedule Assist with transportation and deployment of modular medical units
What We're Looking For 20+ years of welding, fabrication, construction, or related trade experience preferred MIG welding experience preferred Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic shop math Experience with fabrication equipment and hand tools Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a shop environment Dependable, self-motivated, and team oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Class A CDL holders eligible for additional compensation Rigging, forklift, or heavy equipment experience is a plus
