Mechanic Shop Laborer Starting Pay:

$15.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Mechanic Shop Laborer to assist with daily shop operations and vehicle maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist mechanics with vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance services. Clean and organize the shop, work areas, and equipment. Move vehicles and equipment as directed. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire services, and fluid checks. Load, unload, and transport parts, tools, and supplies. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 6 months of mechanic experience required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Valid Driver's License required. Reliable transportation. Requirements Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
