Role:

American Hazmat Rentals LLC is looking for a skilled General Fabricator to join our team in Tye, TX. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with a specialized company where your craftsmanship and attention to detail make a real impact every day. We provide onsite training! Best of all, we operate on a 4-10 schedule! If you thrive in a fast-paced fabrication environment and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structures using welding, cutting, and forming techniques Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate production Operate fabrication equipment including welders, grinders, plasma cutters, and hand tools Inspect finished products for quality, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with specifications Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on fabrication equipment, tools, and the shop Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and project goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety regulations Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.

Requirements:

Prior experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a related trade field Proficiency with MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings preferred Experience operating fabrication machinery and hand/power tools safely preferred Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a physical, hands-on environment Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
