Technicians are rewarded for production with a bonus paid at time and one-half (1.5x) their applicable flat-rate pay on qualifying production above the applicable production objective. We are looking for an experienced Hyundai Master Technician to join our growing Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician who wants to work in a professional dealership environment while being rewarded for experience, certification, and productivity. About the Role As a Hyundai Master Technician , you will handle advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, maintenance, and vehicle inspections while maintaining Hyundai's standards for quality and workmanship. You'll have access to manufacturer resources, diagnostic technology, training, and a team environment designed to help experienced technicians stay productive and continue developing their careers.

Qualified Hyundai Master Technicians may be eligible for a sign-on bonus based on experience and certification level. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns Perform advanced Hyundai diagnostics and repairs Complete major repairs and services according to Hyundai specifications Perform inspections and identify additional repair needs Maintain accurate repair documentation Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow Hyundai, dealership, and safety procedures Compensation $70,000 - $120,000+ ANNUALLY
