- Full-time Job Summary We are seeking skilled Ironworkers to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for the safe installation of structural steel in various construction projects. This role requires an understanding of reading blueprints, SMAW welding, as well as proficiency in using various tools and equipment to ensure high-quality workmanship. Working safely and understanding OSHA rules for fall protection and safe work practices is a must. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. Assemble and install metal structures, including beams, columns, and misc steel. Utilize power tools for cutting, grinding, and installing metal components. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout all tasks. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in steel erection. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
