Job Description
St. Croix Health, in beautiful St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin has been around for over 100 years. It is a thriving, community focused outpatient practice in beautiful Wisconsin and they are growing! This is an opportunity to practice full scope family medicine in a supportive environment with an exceptional work life balance at one of their three clinic locations.
Position Highlights:
- 4 day workweek
- Low patient volumes
- Visiting specialists available to support the FM team
- Brand new, modern clinics with up to date technology
- New hospital opening in early 2028!
Compensation & Benefits:
- Two year guaranteed salary $325K+
- $100K sign on bonus
