We are seeking skilled, reliable applicants who have experience in welding, fitting, and custom metal fabrication. This is a full-time position with the possibility of both shop and field work . Welder Qualifications Qualified welder applicants should have: At least 2 years of welding experience Experience with GTAW (TIG), SMAW (Stick), GMAW (MIG), and/or FCAW (Flux-Core) Working knowledge of blueprints and fabrication drawings Strong attention to weld quality, fit-up, and detail Ability to work safely in a fabrication shop and potentially on field assignments Fitter Qualifications Qualified fitter applicants should have: Previous fitting or metal fabrication experience Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints Knowledge of layout, measurement, and fit-up Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively with welders and other members of the fabrication team Pay $20.00-$30.00 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and assignment , and the advertised range includes both shop and field contracts .
