Sistersville Tank Works, Inc. is a family-owned custom metal fabrication company seeking experienced Welders and Fitters for our St. Marys, WV location. We are seeking skilled, reliable applicants who have experience in welding, fitting, and custom metal fabrication. This is a full-time position with the possibility of both shop and field work . Welder Qualifications Qualified welder applicants should have: At least 2 years of welding experience Experience with GTAW (TIG), SMAW (Stick), GMAW (MIG), and/or FCAW (Flux-Core) Working knowledge of blueprints and fabrication drawings Strong attention to weld quality, fit-up, and detail Ability to work safely in a fabrication shop and potentially on field assignments Fitter Qualifications Qualified fitter applicants should have: Previous fitting or metal fabrication experience Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints Knowledge of layout, measurement, and fit-up Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively with welders and other members of the fabrication team Pay $20.00-$30.00 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and assignment , and the advertised range includes both shop and field contracts .
