We are not looking for someone to simply provide estimates. We are looking for a professional who can guide homeowners through the design and investment process of creating exceptional outdoor living spaces. If you have experience selling landscape construction projects, outdoor living spaces, pools, hardscape, or luxury home improvements, we'd like to speak with you. What You'll Do Meet qualified homeowners at scheduled in-home consultations. Build trust and understand the client's vision. Present design concepts and outdoor living solutions. Help homeowners make confident decisions on projects ranging from $30,000 to $250,000+. Collaborate with our design team to develop custom outdoor living projects. Follow up with prospects and close sales. Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through contract signing. Requirements Proven experience selling landscape construction, outdoor living, pools, hardscape, or similar high-ticket home improvement projects. Strong understanding of landscape design principles and outdoor construction. Ability to discuss materials such as pavers, retaining walls, artificial turf, lighting, planting, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, drainage, and irrigation. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working on a commission-only compensation structure. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
