We install pavers, sod, irrigation, lighting, curbing, palms and full yard renovations. Our install jobs run $10,000 to $50,000. We are hiring a sales estimator so the owner can stay on the job sites and you can own the customer from first call to signed contract. What you do

• Meet homeowners at their property (Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita, Estero, Naples), walk the yard, and sell the project.
• Measure, price and present proposals. Pricing comes from our catalog and cost sheets, so you are not guessing.
• Close with a signed estimate and a 50% deposit, hand off to production, and stay the customer's contact until the job is complete.
• Follow up on every open quote within 24 hours. Aim for 12+ quotes a week once ramped.
• Occasional travel to Tampa or Miami for jobs over $10k. What you get

• $800/week draw for the first 12 weeks, recoverable against earned commission.
• 4% commission on every new residential contract you close, paid on collected money. 5% on leads you source yourself (referrals, HOA and builder relationships, networking).
• Existing company accounts (builder, commercial, bid and recurring maintenance accounts) are not commissioned unless assigned to you in writing.

• Bonuses:

  $1,000 for the first month with $60k+ sold; $250 for each sale above $25k.

• Example:

  2 closes a week at a $12k average is about $50k a year in commission. Actual earnings depend on what you sell.
• $300/month vehicle and phone allowance after your first 30 days. You are
• Experienced in landscape, hardscape or pool/outdoor-living sales, or in home-improvement sales (roofing, windows, pools, solar) and willing to learn plants and pavers.
• Comfortable at a kitchen table with a homeowner talking about a $20k+ project.
• Organized, fast on follow-up, honest on price and schedule.
• Own reliable transportation and a smartphone. Valid Florida driver's license.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Knowing Southwest Florida plants and soils is a plus.
