Experience is helpful, but we also welcome motivated candidates who are willing to learn. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners and understand what they want for their outdoor space. Help plan or install gardens, planting areas, patios, lawns, and other landscape features. Assist with choosing plants, trees, and materials that fit the property. Work with the landscape team to bring designs and customer ideas to life. Help with planting, preparing landscape areas, and general installation when needed. Keep projects organized and communicate with customers and team members. Follow basic project plans and make sure completed work matches the customer's expectations. What We're Looking For Interest or experience in landscaping, outdoor design, gardening, construction, or similar work. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Good communication and willingness to learn. Basic computer skills are helpful for design work but not required for installer applicants .
