SUMMARY OF POSITION

(Contractor Sales)An Outside Contractor Sales Representative aggressively grows sales and promotes the Builders Warehouse name. Sales Representative acts as a Builders Warehouse business representative for the building materials distribution channel. Manages accounts and provides customer service.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for selling Builders Warehouse products to customer base Promote sales growth and business opportunities for all Builders Warehouse customers Work with Builders Warehouse customers to advise them of product solutions Provide business counsel and marketing advice to customers Provide sales and service support to homeowners in concert with contractors Support the order fulfillment process by working extensively with inside sales reps, customer service, credit and delivery; Planning

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum of five (5) years experience in outside sales Building industry knowledge required

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATION/FORMAL TRAINING

Bachelor degree preferred Sales skill training

ESSENTIAL ABILITIES
