In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in restaurant service, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your expertise will contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our operations. Company truck, gas card, Home Depot card, phone and tablet. Duties Perform installation and setup of hot equipment at multiple locations. Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs, ensuring optimal performance. Utilize automotive diagnostics to troubleshoot issues related to electrical systems and mechanical components. Interpret schematics and technical documents for effective repairs. Employ hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during service tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each job. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Qualifications Ability to perform tasks as needed for repairs or modifications. Excellent mechanical aptitude with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
