Costa Oil - Marion is growing fast, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Oil Change Technician to become the face of our shop. If you love cars, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a team environment, we want to hear from you! No experience? No problem! We provide full training for applicants who possess great customer service skills and basic tool knowledge. More experience equals more pay!

What We Offer Competitive Pay:

$14.50 - $16.50/hour (depending on experience).

Job Growth:

This is a Part-Time position with an easy path to Full-Time for the right candidate.

Great Schedule:

Every Sunday off, plus at least one additional day off per week.

Schedule & Physical Requirements Availability:

Must be available to work Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Physical Ability:

Must be able to work with 25 lbs over your head and move quickly up and down a ladder.

Environment:

Able to work comfortably across a large range of temperatures.

Core Responsibilities Vehicle Service:

Change oil and filters, top off fluids, and inspect engines for leaks.

Customer Care:

Deliver excellent service, maintain a positive attitude, and recommend repairs.

Shop Upkeep:

Keep work areas safe, clean, organized, and ensure equipment functions properly.

Compliance & Training:

Complete mandatory training and adhere to safety regulations (OSHA). Minimum Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. High reliability (showing up on time and communicating effectively). Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to follow strict procedural steps.
