We are a busy store in a 3-bay shop. We offer the convenience of a quick, stay-in-the-car oil change service, which includes a free car wash. Duties Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Perform oil changes efficiently, adhering to safety and quality standards Educate customers on recommended maintenance services such as fluid replacements, air & cabin filters, and wiper blades, as well as engine oil types. Upsell additional automotive services, without any pressure to the customer Assist other employees with completing the oil change service, including fluid checks and tire pressure checks. Handle cash transactions and process payments securely while maintaining excellent customer service Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency at all time Requirements Previous experience as a service advisor at a dealership or similar position in a quick lube setting is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge Familiarity with automotive fluid and filter systems.
