This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians looking for long-term stability, growth, and exposure to a diverse range of equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience servicing and installing natural gas heating systems, with additional experience in A/C and oil systems considered a strong plus. A strong focus on safety, diagnostics, and customer service is essential. Key Responsibilities Service, troubleshoot, and repair natural gas heating systems
Install and maintain heating and cooling equipment, including furnaces, boilers, and A/C systems
Perform diagnostics and routine maintenance on residential and light commercial systems
Work safely and in compliance with industry regulations and company standards
Communicate clearly with customers regarding system operation, service findings, and recommendations
Accurately document work performed and completed service calls
Coordinate with dispatch and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery Required Experience & Qualifications Proven service and/or installation experience (natural gas, HVAC, oil, or related systems)
Relevant certifications preferred, such as: Gas Certification
HVAC Certification
Oil Burner Certification (a plus) Experience with A/C systems and oil service/installs is highly desirable
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements Additional Considerations Candidates with propane or oil experience transitioning into natural gas will be considered
