Job Description
Must have experience changing oil in a quick lube environment. Must have strong customer service skills. Bring your superior technical and customer service skills to your local Costa Oil and start an exciting new career with us! Experience is preferred but not required. This is for a full time position. We will train any applicants that are service and sales driven, have a great attitude, and work well in a team environment! We are looking for high-energy & friendly individuals to help make our operation a continuing success. Our Oil Change Technicians are the face of the company and we are needing them to be motivated, detail oriented, and strive for excellent customer service. As an Oil Change Tech you will be responsible for changing oil & filters on customers vehicles while maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Changing oil & filters while following set procedures Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area Expects engines for leaks Tops off fluid Diagnose issues on vehicles and recommends repair to customers Ensures all equipment is in working order Completes all required computer-based training in the allotted time frame Comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to hazardous materials Maintaining a clean and organized work area Understand federal, state and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc. Holding the highest level of customer service and maintaining a positive response to customers at all times Contribute to a positive culture and work environment Minimum Requirements Experience in a fast past environment Customer service background preferred Ability to use a point of sale system is required Maintaining a clean and well organized shop, including restrooms.
