Leadership :
Ability to lead a crew in a fast-paced, often remote environment
Problem-solving :
Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills in challenging conditions Regulatory knowledge : Familiarity with safety procedures, environmental regulations, and industry standards Physical fitness : Ability to work long hours, in remote locations, and under varying weather conditions Requirements Proven experience in heavy civil or pipeline construction management with a focus on directional drilling projects. Strong knowledge of construction safety management practices including OSHA standards and federal safety regulations. Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a fast-paced construction environment with excellent crew management skills. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera P3e or HeavyBid for scheduling and project tracking. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications related to pipeline installation projects. Experience supervising construction schedules from planning through execution; familiarity with managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent managerial communication skills with a focus on team leadership and client relations. Ability to perform site inspections using tools like ohmmeters; understanding of electrical systems related to pipeline projects is a plus. Construction site experience with a strong emphasis on quality control and safety compliance in commercial or infrastructure projects. Relevant certifications such as OSHA training certifications; heavy equipment operation certifications are advantageous.
