The company provides a wide range of rail services including industrial switching, material handling, terminal & transload services, short line operations, railcar staging, train assembly, and related services. Hourly pay for this opportunity would be $24-26 per hour, dependent on experience. This role includes operating transloading equipment, handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials, performing inspections, completing documentation, and supporting rail operations as needed. Key Responsibilities Safely load and unload railcars and transfer products Operate transloading equipment, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and mobile equipment Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and minor equipment repairs Complete operational logs and safety documentation Follow all company, customer, and regulatory safety procedures Report safety concerns and equipment issues promptly Support switching crews and other site operations as required Qualifications Valid Driver's License required, CDL is a NICE to have. Mechanical aptitude and strong teamwork skills Transloading experience is a plus. Experience with skid-steers. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working at heights Industrial or hazardous materials experience considered an asset Must meet customer and regulatory safety requirements, including background screening Hours for this position are 7AM to 4PM with rotating weekends.
