Standard Resources of CO, LLC Position Summary Standard Resources of CO, LLC is seeking an experienced Roustabout Hand to perform oilfield construction, maintenance, excavation, reclamation, seeding and hauling operations throughout Northern Colorado and surrounding areas. This position requires heavy equipment operation skills, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to operate on a crew of up to 4 people. The Roustabout Hnand will be responsible for following dispatch and instructions from direct supervisor and company man. Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Participate and assist crew in assigned jobs. Actively participate and conduct field activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within scope. Operate and transport equipment using a Class A CDL (optional but preferred). Perform oilfield site construction, maintenance, and reclamation activities. Conduct pre-job planning, safety meetings, and job hazard analyses. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and customer requirements. Complete daily reports, inspections, timesheets, and equipment documentation. Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and crew members. Inspect vehicles, trailers, and equipment to ensure safe operation. Assist with excavation, grading, site preparation, and aggregate hauling operations as needed. Qualifications Required Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (Optional but preferred). Minimum 3 years of oilfield experience. Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment. Knowledge of oilfield construction and maintenance practices. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work. Must pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with all DOT/FMCSA and customer requirements/regulations. Preferred Safeland Certification. Excavator, loader, grader, dozer, seeding equipment, and/or skid steer experience. First Aid/CPR certification. H2
S Certification Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
