Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Coil Tubing Operator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting oil and gas extraction operations. In this energetic position, you will operate and maintain coil tubing equipment on oil rigs and construction sites, ensuring efficient and safe deployment of coil tubing for well intervention, drilling, or maintenance activities. Your mechanical expertise and outdoor work experience will drive the success of complex projects, contributing to safe operations and optimal productivity. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and tanker trucks to support coil tubing operations on-site. Set up, rig, and secure coil tubing equipment according to safety standards and operational procedures. Conduct routine inspections of pumping systems, hydraulic tools, and mechanical components to ensure proper functioning. Assist with pipeline connections, disconnections, and maintenance tasks during well intervention projects. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) including respiratory protection to maintain safety standards in outdoor and potentially hazardous environments. Follow OSHA regulations and company safety protocols diligently during all activities. Support the transportation of equipment and materials via commercial driving or tanker operations as needed. Experience Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, or similar construction equipment. Knowledge of pipeline systems, pumping systems, and hydraulic tools used in oil & gas or construction environments. Familiarity with rigging procedures, safety standards (OSHA), and outdoor work conditions typical on oil rigs or construction sites. Prior work experience in oil & gas operations or related industries is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge related to pump operation, hydraulic systems, and general equipment maintenance is a plus. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or tanker certification is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work safely with PPE and respiratory protection in outdoor settings involving horizontal drilling or other complex tasks. Embark on a career where safety meets innovation!
