What You'll Do As a Rig/Snubbing Hand, you'll work alongside an experienced crew to safely perform workover rig operations and support oil and gas well servicing.

Responsibilities include:

Assist in all aspects of workover rig or standalone operations while following all safety procedures Operate and learn equipment including pumps, catwalks, tongs, and other support equipment Perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions Follow instructions from the Supervisor and work effectively as part of a team Cross-train in all aspects of operations Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean Participate in ongoing safety and operational training Qualifications Previous oil & gas experience preferred but not required Workover rig or snubbing experience is highly preferred Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Clean driving record required CDL is a plus, but not required Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Ability to work safely and communicate effectively with crew members Physical Requirements Lift 50+ pounds regularly Stand, walk, bend, climb, and work for extended periods Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions Ability to work 12-hour shifts and perform physically demanding labor Schedule Full-Time 12-hour shifts Day and Night shifts available Benefits Excellent Pay Per Diem 401(k) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Training and Advancement Opportunities Why Join Mountain States Pressure Services?
