Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Tool Pusher, the pivotal leader responsible for overseeing drilling operations on oil and gas rigs. In this energetic role, you will manage daily rig activities, coordinate crew efforts, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of drilling equipment. Your expertise will drive the success of complex projects, maintain strict safety standards, and optimize operational performance in outdoor, challenging environments. Duties Lead and supervise drilling crews to execute daily operations safely and efficiently on oil rigs or horizontal drilling sites Oversee rigging, pipe handling, and heavy equipment operation to ensure proper setup and maintenance of drilling systems Coordinate with geologists, engineers, and other specialists to facilitate smooth drilling progress Monitor pump operation and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols including PPE use, respiratory protection, OSHA standards, and environmental regulations Manage logistics related to pipeline connections, equipment transport via commercial trucks, and site access control Conduct routine inspections of drilling equipment, piping systems, and safety devices to prevent accidents or failures Skills Extensive knowledge of pipeline installation, rigging techniques, and heavy equipment operation in outdoor environments Proven experience with oil rig operations, horizontal drilling techniques, and pumping systems management Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues quickly Effective crew management skills with a focus on safety training and team coordination Familiarity with OSHA regulations, safety protocol enforcement, and construction site safety practices Ability to operate commercial trucks safely across various terrains while adhering to traffic laws and safety standards Knowledge of respiratory protection procedures and PPE requirements for hazardous work environments This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead critical operations in the oil & gas industry while ensuring safety excellence. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
