The Hostler Driver/Ground position at Parsec LLC.'s intermodal rail transportation department is responsible for directing the crane operators and safely and efficiently operating a hostler truck while loading and unloading cargo containers.

Paid Weekly Paid Time Off (Vacation) Employee of the Month Program Growth Opportunities Requirements At least 18 years old Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a hostler driver, or similar role, within the intermodal rail or transportation industry (preferred) Qualifications Willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Must comply with established safety rules, policies, and procedures, including wearing required safety equipment Pass pre-employment checks: criminal background checks, drug screening, and physical exam Able to lift more than 50 lbs. Able to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl to access equipment and maintain safety Must have open availability to work any needed shift and weekends. Employees are subject to a shift change every six months.

The following schedules are seniority-based:

12:15 AM-8:45 AM 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM 4:15 PM-12:30 AM
