Job Description
About us Logan Sitework Contractors is a local, family-owned construction company that has served the area for 60+ years. Our company has 15-20 people with many long-term employees and little turnover. Hours for this position are 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Friday, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. A standard week is generally 46 hours (6 hours of overtime). Saturday work is occasionally available for additional overtime. We offer fully funded individual health insurance, Simple IRA with matching funds, paid holidays, and paid vacation. We have a positive work atmosphere with a close-knit, family feel. All jobsites are generally located within 30 miles of Fruitland Park. We are looking for an experienced heavy equipment operator for grading house pads, yards, and driveways with experience operating skid steers, front end loaders, dozers, and excavators. Class A CDL preferred, standard driver's license required. Company vehicle provided pending approval by insurance provider. This position provides the ability to work on a variety of construction projects with opportunities to gain experience on other types of heavy equipment including front-end loaders, dozers, and excavators. Logan Sitework is a drug-free workplace. Drug screening required prior to hiring and random screenings conducted during employment.
