Overview We are seeking a skilled Excavator/Backhoe Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience with excavation and loading of kaolin. Operator must have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency on the job site. Responsibilities Operate excavators and other heavy equipment for digging, grading, and site preparation. Operate backhoes for various excavation tasks, including trenching and material handling. Utilize loader operation skills to move materials efficiently around the site. Dig trenches, holes, or foundations according to project specifications. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain a safe work environment. Skills Proficient in operating excavators with a solid understanding of excavation techniques. Competence in backhoe operation for various mining applications. Skilled in loader operation for effective material handling on-site. Some mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment functionality.
