Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled Excavator/Backhoe and Dozer Operators only to help our project sites complete production goals efficiently. The ideal candidates need experience in a mining operation and have impressive seat time in each machine. This is more than just getting on the equipment, it is being flexible, and motivated to help multiple teams reach daily production. Responsibilities Operate excavators, dozers and other heavy equipment for mining operation to help load trucks, improve and keep dirt roadways clear and smooth. Utilize loader operation skills to move materials efficiently around the site. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain a safe work environment. Skills Proficient in operating heavy equipment in an efficient manner, with a solid understanding of heavy equipment techniques. Competence in heavy equipment operation for various mining applications. Skilled in loader operation for effective material handling on-site. Some mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment functionality.
