$24-28 We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit. This position is primarily equipment-operation focused and will support underground electrical installation activities. Candidates will spend the majority of their time operating a mini excavator and skid steer to perform trenching, excavation, backfilling, grading, and material handling for underground power distribution systems. The ideal candidate has experience working around existing utilities, understands safe excavation practices, and can efficiently support electrical crews by preparing conduit runs and utility pathways. Experience on commercial, multifamily, site development, or utility projects is preferred.
