Duties Safely operate a flatbed tow truck, including manual transmission vehicles, to perform vehicle recoveries and towing services. Load and unload vehicles onto the flatbed using proper cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit. Follow all safety procedures related to vehicle loading, cargo securement, and safe driving practices for commercial truck driving. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining services, and ensuring a positive experience. Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, shift reports, incident documentation, and vehicle inspection records. Assist with vehicle recovery towing and mechanical repairs as needed to support fleet operations. Skills Proven experience in mechanic work with a solid mechanical knowledge base.
