Snow Removal Positions

| Southeast Michigan Lucia Landscaping is hiring for multiple seasonal snow removal positions for the upcoming winter season. We are a well-established landscaping and snow management company serving Southeast Michigan and have been recognized as one of the Top 100 Snow Contractors in the United States.

We are currently hiring for:

Sidewalk Team Member

• $20.60
• 22/hour
• No previous snow removal experience required. Sidewalk Crew Lead
• $23•25/hour•Previous snow removal experience and a valid Chauffeur's License required .

Plow Driver

• $25•30/hour•Previous plowing experience and a valid Chauffeur's License or CDL required Heavy Equipment Operator•$25•30/hour•Previous heavy equipment operating experience required.

What We're Looking For:

Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work as part of a team. Snow removal is weather-dependent, so employees must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed during snow and ice events. Depending on the position, responsibilities may include shoveling and clearing sidewalks, applying de-icing materials, operating plow trucks and salters, or operating heavy equipment to clear snow from commercial properties.
