Responsibilities Safely operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and other machinery essential for construction projects Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, loading/unloading materials, and site cleanup to maintain smooth workflow Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Collaborate with project managers and team members to execute construction plans effectively and efficiently Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and project progress Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment on active job sites Construction site experience with an understanding of safety standards and procedures Ability to operate multiple types of machinery including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, 627 scrapers and farm equipment pulling discs and box blades Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
