ESSENTIAL JOB

FUNCTIONSOperate yard and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently, including sit-down forklifts (up to 30,000 lbs), front-end loaders, and overhead bridge and jib cranesLoad, unload, move, and stage raw materials and finished products in the yard and storage areasLead and support daily yard operations, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedulePerform routine equipment inspections and basic upkeep to ensure safe operation and minimize downtimeMaintain proper organization and storage of materials, ensuring inventory is clearly identified and accessibleOversee yard cleanliness and organization, maintaining a safe and professional outdoor work environmentCommunicate expectations clearly and hold self and team members accountable to safety, quality, and productivity standardsAssist with short

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience operating forklifts, loaders, or similar heavy equipment requiredAbility to safely handle heavy materials in an outdoor environmentMechanical aptitude and ability to identify basic equipment issuesLeadership mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independentlyStrong attention to detail with an eye for consistency and organizationDependable, self-motivated team player with strong communication skillsAbility to work Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays as neededAbility to lift, move, and manage materials in a physically demanding rolePrecast concrete or construction material handling experience preferred but not required #psbrenham
