Responsibilities Operate heavy construction equipment such as loaders, backhoes, bull dozers, excavators, and farm machinery to execute site development tasks efficiently. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Able to read and set grades, building pads for houses and buildings accurately and efficiently Follow all safety procedures and occupational safety regulations diligently while using personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Assist with site preparation, excavation, loading/unloading materials, and other construction activities requiring skilled equipment operation. Collaborate with team members. Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, inspections, and safety checks to support operational transparency and compliance. Experience Proven experience operating heavy construction machinery on active construction sites. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and occupational safety regulation compliance. Hands-on experience with dozers, excavators, backhoes, roll-off trucks, and farm machinery is highly desirable. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with experience in commercial truck driving a plus. Mechanical knowledge related to construction machinery maintenance and troubleshooting. Ability to perform routine equipment inspections and minor repairs confidently. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and material handling. Pay:
$23.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
