Equipment Operator Clear Vista Dirt Work & Land Services LLC San Angelo/Mertzon Area, TX Clear Vista Dirt Work & Land Services LLC is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Equipment Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and a strong commitment to safety, productivity, and equipment care. Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction and land development projects
Perform grading, excavation, land clearing, and site preparation tasks
Operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and dozers
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Maintain equipment in good working condition
Follow all company safety procedures and job site regulations
Assist with general labor duties as needed to support project completion
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating skid steers, excavators, and dozers
Experience with land clearing and grubbing operations
Experience using a skid steer forestry mulcher attachment is a plus
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Schedule & Compensation
Monday through Friday schedule
Occasional weekend work opportunities available
Pay based on experience (DOE)
