Responsibilities Safely operate excavators, skid steers, wheel loaders, compactors, and other heavy equipment. Perform excavation, grading, drainage, demolition, land clearing, driveway installation, and site preparation. Assist with fiberglass pool installations. Get out of equipment to shovel, rake, grade, install materials, and help the crew as needed. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues. Read grade stakes, laser levels, and follow site plans. Load and unload equipment when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe job site. Follow OSHA and company safety standards. Qualifications Experience operating heavy equipment required. Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus). Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday. Not just in the equipment. Reliable transportation. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to lift 75 lbs. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
