The Schedule & Pay Stability Hours:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Saturdays:
Half-day shift every other week.
No Seasonal Layoffs:
This is permanent, year-round work with reliable, long overtime hours built right into your weekly schedule.
Rate:
Starting at $24/hour
Key Responsibilities Equipment Operation:
Safely and efficiently operate a variety of heavy machinery—including excavators, front loaders, bulldozers, and steer equipment—to bale, load, and move waste materials into trailers.
Daily Maintenance:
Take pride in your machine. Perform daily inspections, greasing, fluid checks, and minor maintenance to keep your equipment running smoothly.
Site Upkeep:
Clear debris and trash from tracks, gears, and mechanisms at least once daily (or as needed) to prevent downtime. Help maintain the overall appearance of the grounds and facility.
Teamwork & Safety:
Use a two-way radio to stay in constant communication with co-workers and the front office regarding daily priorities. Constantly follow company safety policies and local/federal regulations.
Flexibility:
Jump in and substitute for other operators on the crew when needed to keep the site running seamlessly. What You Bring to the
Team Certification:
Must have a valid forklift certification. Ability to obtain a Transfer Station/Landfill Operations Certification if required.
Experience:
Proven ability to operate heavy machinery under minimal supervision, read equipment gauges, and handle basic math functions.
Communication:
Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly to coordinate safely with the team.
Physical Strength:
Ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, and work in tight spaces. Must be able to frequently lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Grit:
