Hiring Heavy Equipment Operators, Start ASAP! Immediate Openings Available We are actively hiring Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team immediately. Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers, graders, rollers, and other construction machinery. Perform excavation, grading, trenching, site development, and material handling tasks. Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections. Follow project specifications and safety regulations on active job sites. Assist with site preparation, utility installation, and construction activities as needed. Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance or repair needs.

Qualifications:

Previous heavy equipment operating experience required. Ability to read grade stakes, site plans, and construction layouts preferred. Knowledge of excavation, underground utilities, demolition, or site work is a plus. Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
