Lead Painter / Working Production Manager Simply Floors & Painting - Denver Metro Area $28-$35 per Hour + Performance Bonuses Full-Time | Year-Round Employment Looking for More Than Just Another Painting Job? We're looking for an experienced residential painter who takes pride in quality workmanship and is ready to step into a leadership role. This is a working production manager position. You'll lead residential painting projects from start to finish while working alongside the crew when needed. You'll help ensure every project is completed on time, on budget, and with an exceptional customer experience. If you're someone who naturally leads by example, communicates well with homeowners, and isn't afraid to pick up a brush, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Manage residential interior and exterior painting projects. Paint alongside the crew as needed and lead by example. Coordinate crews, materials, and job schedules. Perform job site inspections and quality control. Communicate with homeowners throughout each project. Complete final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction. Help train and mentor painters while maintaining a safe, organized job site. You should be comfortable communicating with both customers and painters, solving problems on the job site, and keeping projects moving efficiently.

Requirements include:
