Job Description

Qualified Staffing is hiring 1st Shift Powder Coating Painters for a leading manufacturer in Decatur GA! These are full-time, temp-to-perm opportunities with a four-day workweek.

Schedule:

5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Four 10-hour shifts between Monday and Friday)

Pay:

$22.00 to $25.00 per hour Responsibilities

Paint customer products on a conveyor system by adjusting booth settings and line speed to ensure quality and efficiency.
Operate and monitor powder coating equipment to maintain consistent production and quality standards.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications
Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
